Tacoma Dental Assistant School has been such a great experience! This 9 week program has completely prepared me for being in the Dental field. Even though completing a program for Dental Assistanting isn't necessary for Washington State; personally I didn't want to step into this career without knowing some basics.
Instructor Jessica never hesitated to answer any of my questions and kept class light while being professional. After completing my externship, I was almost immediately hired! I highly recommend this school to anyone who is interested in the world of Dental!

I would 100% recommend coming here to learn how to be a Dental Assistant. The program is only 9 weeks but I learned so much from my teacher Jessica. She taught us everything we needed to know and she gave us advice from her experience as a dental assistant. There is a lot to learn but having a good teacher helped me understand everything I needed to know to go out and work in the field.

The chance to get quality, extensive preparing in just 9 weeks basically can't be bested. Before I knew it, I was at long last out of working in dreadful eateries and into working in a thrilling and intriguing new field with dentistry! The teacher, Jessica, consistently clarified things obviously and assisted us with getting active experience as could be expected. I'd prescribe this course to any individual who needs an adjustment of vocation.

We don't accept financial aid, but we have some pretty great reasons why! The founder of our school, Dr. Ince, decided that he wanted to create an amazing opportunity for those who desire to enter the field. He believed that students not only deserve a great education, but also an affordable and convenient option. Rather than opting to make our school more expensive in order to allow for financial assistance, Dr. Ince chose to implement affordable tuition prices; providing our students with the opportunity to graduate with little to no student loan debt. If none of our payment plan options work for you, please give us a call. We are more than happy to customize a plan!
How long does it take to become a dental assistant?
The time it takes to become a Dental Assistant varies between schools and certificate programs. Our curriculum is 12-weeks long and fully prepares students to start working as a Dental Assistant.
Can I pay by check?
Yes, you can pay by check. Checks must be sent two weeks before your start date, and you must call our admissions team to provide a tracking number. They should be addressed to Zollege Management Inc., 7701 N. Lamar Blvd, Suite 300, Austin, TX 78752.
How can your program be so fast?
This is a hands-on program, a different approach from traditional education. Our classes take place in a dental office rather than a classroom. Classes begin with a lecture/discussion, but most of the class time is spent in labs learning the essential dental assisting skills. When our students graduate, they feel at home in a dental office.
How can a short course be as effective as a longer program?
Dentists expect newly hired dental assistants to know fundamental skills. Our program focuses on helping you master those skills to set you up for success in your new career.
Will I be more qualified if I attend a longer program?
When you graduate from any dental assisting school you receive a certificate of completion. Many students ask if they can expect to make a higher starting salary if they attend a longer program. The starting salary for a Dental Assistant does not have anything to do with how long you spent in school or how much you paid for your schooling.
